Meditation When Jesus says, "Sky and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away" (Luke 21:33), he shows us a direct way to eternal life. The words of Jesus have the power to transform our hearts and minds and lead us into the Kingdom of God. "The words I have spoken to you," Jesus says, "are spirit and they are life"(John 6:63). Through meditation we can let the words of Jesus descend from our minds into our hearts and create there a dwelling place for the Spirit. Whatever we do and wherever we go, let us stay close to the words of Jesus. They are words of eternal life.
묵상 예수께서 말씀하실 때, “하늘과 땅이 지나가나, 나의 말은 결코 없어지지 아니하니라”(눅 21:33), 그분은 우리에게 영원한 생명의 바른 길이 있음을 보여주셨다. 예수님의 말씀은 우리의 마음과 생각을 바꾸는 힘이 있고, 우리로 하나님의 나라로 이끌어 주신다. 예수님께서 말씀하시는 “내가 너희에게 하는 말” 은 “영이요 그들의 생명”(요 6:63)이다. 묵상을 통하여 우리는 예수님의 말씀이 우리의 생각으로 부터 우리의 마음으로 내려오고 성령이 거할 장소를 거기에 창조하는 것이다. 우리가 하는 무엇이든 또 우리가 어는 어디든지, 예수님의 말씀에 가까이 머무르도록 하자. 그것은 영원한 생명이 말씀이다.
